Hi, would anyone know of a list or article that would show what world leaders, dignitaries, etc. have come to?

In other words, does anyone have a list from somewhere like an article or organization that is reputable? That is what I am hoping to find. Thanks. opps didnt come out right. A list of world leaders that have come to America for health care?

1. Ne Win the military leader of Burma used to go to UK every year for medical check up. Now adays they do not get visa to US or UK. Than Shwe and all military leaders of Burma now go to Singapore Mt E hospital for check ups and treatments. They do not trust their own hospitals and have no intention to improve their system. By the way the medical doctors and hospitals in US are the best in the world. I am quite sure the foreign dignitaries will come to US for medical treatments. I have many Burmese doctors working in US.
