Can I transfer to a top Business School?

I am in High School now and am planning on majoring in some form of business however, because of my fresh/soph. grades i cannot make it into a top business school, and i'm planning on going to a less prestigious college/university. However, if my grades there are great will I be able to transfer to a Business school that has a two year program, like Haas. Or will that be just as hard as transfering to a 4yr business school like stern.

1. When you are an undergraduate you will see exactly how well you are doing in your courses. Your college will have a counseling service which will use that information to advise you./
