Is there a book that lists all harmful ingredients in makeup?

So I'm young and I want to keep my skin looking that way. I know that some ingredients in makeup can increase the appearance of age or are potentially harmful in the long run. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can learn more about this stuff? I don't have any allergies to a specific kind of makeup or anything, but would simply like to know all the good and bad ingredients. You know, to keep me looking young.

1. Best way is to go to a face specialist, a dermatologist or your eye doctor. They can tell you what clogs your pores and what scratches your eyes because it contains rocks or what not :)
