how do i get the address of new homeowners?

is there any way that I get collect the addresses of new homeowners in legitimate way other than using mailing list service? they charge alot and usually sell 3000 or more addresses at a time. I am looking maybe 500 or 1000.

1. not willing too suggest this but try public records in area for title of record. print to file, and save look for changes.

3. Do new home owners really want you??? Your the sort of bloke that pays other unknown scumbags for our personal info, such as Addresses, and all we get out of it is your rubbish in our mailboxes. Do somthing a little more respectable and do letterbox drops.
