Can people see what videos you are watching on youtube when you're in your youtube account?

I was watching a video and when i went to related videos. It had almost every vid i watch with in that hour and you know how when you make a video. Some of the vids you watch appear in the related videos section. When non of the videos where there. So can people see what videos you are watching on youtube like the people on your friend list?
