What has happened to the top answerers in the Psychology section? Did the rules change?

Maybe I'm wrong, but now I see a different situation. People that were having higher number of points they are off the list and top answerers are now people with lower number of best answers. I may have find the answer. This is yahoo answers Canada, a section I didn't use before. I just don't know how I got here :)
