What can i eat within the next 4 days, to make my face more radiant, fruits vegtables, etc. what should i do??

what should i do on prom day too?? a list of things to look my best? should i run on a treadmill before and sweat a little?? what should i eat?? pleease

  1. 1. run 30 min outside (preferably. fresh air can do ya a lot of good!) 2. shower right away 3. do ur daily cleanse/moisturize face thing 4. eat a bunch of dark leafy greens 5. drink 8 glasses of water a day (this clears the toxins from out face) if u wanna try a product, use Jergens Natural Glow for face plus SPF. hope i hlpd :]

  3. I totally agree with poobear. Not only should you excersice a little but a lot to look really cute for prom. Also, I found facials and spa treatments healthy. Target has the best products!! Hope I helped!
  4. Well, if it is possible, you should try within the next four days to pick a day where you only eat nutritional/organic foods. (no chips, soda, cracker fast food, processed foods etc). You should stick to maybe only drinking green tea and water and excerising, and also eating vegetables and fruits only. This is a good way to clear out toxins from your body. It has been suggested that people should do this at least once a week (or once every 2 weeks) Although it is hard to stick to, this should help tremendously. Have fun at prom
