I'm having my 8th Grade Prom at the Hilton Hotel of Deerfield beach,How should I get ready for the big day?

anything helps!I knw its just an 8th grade Prom but its very important to me!Also were can I get a cheap dress?how do I use my curling iron,etc.remember list as much as you can! Please and thank you!!

1. Your Dress: Check resale, consignment and thrift shops in your area. Many times you can find cute dresses for a fraction of what they cost originally. Make sure you have the proper undergarments for the dress to fit right or that you have the money to get them if special ones are required. Don't forget shoes if you don't have any dressy ones. You can find them the same place you get your dress. Your Hair Do you have a friend or relative who can help you with your hair? If so, ask them to come over and help you with it. Have them come over at least once before "the day" so they can play with your hair and see how you like it fixed different ways. Nails You'll probably want to paint your finger and toenails. Do it the day before. Take your time. Makeup Go easy on the makeup. Just use a little bit of eyeshadow, blush and some colored lip gloss. I hope I helped! ~v
