How do I cite a magazine article in APA fomat?

I'm trying to figure out how to cite this article in an APA format. http://psychologytoday.com/articles/index.php?term=pto-20010501-000025&page=1 The information about the article such as the publication month is listed at the bottom...how would I format the reference?

2. There are special rules for online articles. The citation machine someone noted is a great reference. I'm giving you a couple of others as well. Online articles follow the same guidelines for printed articles. Include all information the online host makes available, including an issue number in parentheses. Author, A. A., & Author, B. B.
