could you please help me with a song?

Hi, I recently watched a video on MTV Hits and I liked but it was late at night and i fell asleep and now I don't remember the name of the song, nor the artist's. Here's what I remember about the video: it's a young male artist; in the video he's wearing brown shoes, a dark-blue shirt and dark-blue pants; Behind him there are some people (they look like africans) who are playing tribal-like instruments. The background is a desert and the sky. The escenario does not change during the video. Thank you for your help... and please forgive my english, im not a native speaker :$
