Remember that guy, Snow-early 1990s-with his hit "Informer":I could never figure out what the hell he could..?

say in his song; except "informer" and the "a licky boom boom down" part... I even thought it was non-English; Portuguese or sthg. like that...To this day,I can't help thinking "what the hell was that gibberish he was saying !?!!" Was he making the apology of the informers; or rather condemning them (being a rapper; I doubt he was making the apology of informers,but one never knows,since it was gibberish for me...);and what is "a licky boom boom down"??!!? ... well , if you could make all that clear so many years later (come on;...1993,it's not that old...) well,thank you... :-D (P.S. : sorry for my expression;I m French and English is not my native tongue...) @travis: HA HA HA... !! so do I !! Is it really that...?! No ...!! How could that guy say all that so fast?? ...and : does it make sense in English,or is it slang,sthg like that...?
