Can't log on using existing password? Now mail page is in chinese.?

Tried to log on this am using a password that i've had for years. Won't let me in. reset password and now I can get in. Problem is, mail site comes up in chinese characters (I'm not chinese, never have been to my knowledge). Also, my account details page lists an email address that they are asking me to "verify." It's jihuanjishuang123@126.com. Has my account been hit by a virus or id theft attempt? how can I reset my mail pages to english?
