What can I do if I ordered medication online and the web page no longer exsists and I haven't received my med?

I ordered medication onlien on 6-29-06. I still haven't received my order. When I tried to check on the status of my order, the web page cannot be found. Is there any way that I can get my money back, or try to track these people down? The customer service web page is listed as customerservice.ccbasket.com. Please help!

1. How did you pay for the medications? If you used a credit card then contact your credit card company immediately. Tell them you want to put a stop on the charge to that company. Most such shipments do take 4 - 6weeks. What was the listed time for shipment when you made the purchase. It should also be on the email confirmation or the printed order confirmation that you have. The medication might still be in the mail yet.
2. If you do a search online you will find notes elsewhere that indicated CCBasket shut down all of a sudden early this month. It is probably not hard to imagine why. Therefore, your best recourse will probably be with your credit card company. You might be able to do a chargeback - whether you will be successful or not will remain to be seen.
3. There are a couple things you should do. First, check with the credit card providor you bought the drugs with and see if there has been a charge posted. If there has, there should be a phone number or company name associated with the charge. You can then use that information to locate the merchant and contact them. If your card hasn't been charged, chances are your order will not be filled. Second, you can Google the name of the company you ordered from - provided you remember that info. The web page you listed doesn't sound 'right' - it should be customerservice@something.com. All web addresses usually have the @ sign somewhere in the address. Many online businesses aren't legit and get shut down by the ISP sponsoring the site. Prior to ordering anything online, you should see if the merchant has a positive BBB rating or a rating by another internet site evaluator. Good luck!
