I am going on vakayy soon and I want to know what book is laying by your bed right now. Is it any good, do you think I should read it? I really need suggestions. Also tell me what not to get so I don't waste my time. Thanks! I am into newer books, am a teen, and I can't wait to get Lauren Conrads new book!

  7. The Private Series! by.... a person!
  8. The Twilight series. If you havent read them please dont think there just a fantasy love story. There much more then that. There suspensful, passionate, and enjoyable. The Clique series is also recommended
  9. I am really into Jodi Picoult's books right now, and that's what I'll be reading this summer. I think the best two are My Sister's Keeper and Nineteen Minutes. (:
  10. I really liked the Alex Rider series by Anthony Horowitz. They're about a 14 year old boy and sort of seem juvenile after you've grown older than he, but totally worth the read if you're into action and teenage spies.
  11. I'm currently reading Apollyon by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. It's a Christian based novel about Christ coming back and rapturing his church and about all the people left behind. I know the story line sounds kinda weird, but it's pretty much about the end of the world. I'm not usually one for "Sci-Fi" but I really like it:) You should also read: My Sister's Keeper, Tantalize, The Tenth Circle, Nineteen Minutes, Twilight Saga (don't watch the movie... it totally ruined the book's rep!) The Host, or Marley & Me:) Jodi Picout writes Nineteen Minutes, Tenth Circle, and My Sister's Keeper; she is seriously my FAVORITE adult fiction author right now. She's absolutely amazing!
  12. Id tell you I love you but then Id have to kill you ( and other books in the series ) You are so undead to me Dead is the new black blue bloods
  13. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins is a great book for all ages, the second comes out in Sept. Check it out:) If its an adult series I would recommend The Hollows by Kim Harrison.. It has Witches, Vampires, Demons, Pixies, Elves etc. I love it, great plot line and a really fun read. Theres 7 books altogether and more to come. Its one of my favorite series:) Karen Marie Moning's Fever series is another of my favorite.. It has Fae/Vampires etc. Its really great the fouth book comes out in August!! Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs is a great series, has Werewolves,Shifters,Vampires and more.. It's a great read that makes you want to read more. You should check them out and see which ones you like from them. Hope you enjoy them:)
  14. I don't have a summer reading list per se, but I'd like to use my summer to finish those books I've already started (Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas) and to get going on The Silmarillion by JRR Tolkien. And to tackle that list of science fiction books I've been waiting to read. As for suggestions for you... I don't know what your reading preferences are, or I would suggest something. New teen books could account for about half of everything that you'd find in the fiction section of any bookstore.
  15. Right now I am reading The Dark Hills Divide Series. Currently I am on about the 10th chapter of the book and as of now it is the worst book i have ever read. I just finished the Twilight Saga and i would recommend to anybody willing to read it. Not to offend anyone but some people are just unwilling to read the Saga but make fun of it anyway. Another book series i would recommend would be the Gregor the Over-lander Series.
  16. Blue is for nightmares series by Laurie Storlaz The Awakening by Kelley Armstrong Rebel angles by Libba Bray The Sweet Far thing by Libba Bray Uglies series by Scott Westerfield Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan Once Dead, Twice Shy by Kim Harrison
