Whats your top 10 in the rap/hiphop industry(commercial and underground)?

I just wanna see other peoples opinions on who the best is in the rap and hiphop industry(commercial and underground). I love exploring new music and discovering new artist. You can even just list your top 10 favorites, doesn't really have to be who you think the best is because theres rappers out there I think that have crazy skills but I don't even liesten to them just because it might not be what I'm into. I think its funny when people don't like a certain artist and because of that, they say they suck and have no talent. For instance, I think Lil Wayne is talented, but I don't like his music.
