How to keep web bullets from hiding behind graphics?

I am working on a web page and decided to add some bullets. The bulleted list is next to a graphic menu. The bullets next to the menu do not show, while the items below the menu have bullets. How do I fix it? The web address is http://klevsoft.t35.com/klevsoft.html Thanks.
