Is there a way to send multiple email with ease?

I have over 200 email address from some stuff I do online and I want to add those email to some sort of list,software or something that I can use to send a message to all of them at the same time.I don't mind if I have to add all the emails manually to the list or whatever I just want to know what I can use to send a message to all of them at same time

1. In Yahoo, create a category. Put all contacts in that category then send to all. In Outlook, under Contacts, create a Distribution List - then send to all.
2. if their saved in your address book, just type the first initial of who you want to e-mail. after the name comes add a comma after it, then add the next person's initial you want to e-mail followed by a comma again. just keep doing it over and over, make sure you add the comma after each name. i don't know how many u can send at once i doubt if u can send 200, i usually send about 5 or 6 at the same time doing this, good luck
