I want to install Windows 7 but the Upgrade Assistant won't continue?

The upgrade assistant has this error message:The following software was not successfully removed. Contact the software vendor for assistance. After you have manually removed the listed software, you can return to this upgrade assistant to resume the upgrade process. Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer. Download a compatible version from the vendor's site. That's no problem, but my question is how do I get it manually off my computer before I install Windows 7?

1. Control panel -> Add remove programs
2. Go to control pannel then add romove programs then look for google toolbar and remove it should work after that
