What is the cheapest online college/university, I can attend?

I have been looking for schools to attend for business, but I am limited to financial aid. I need to know like the top 5 online schools that are cheaper than the rest. Thank you

  1. Start with the online program of your local community college or state university. You can also consider Western Governors University if you live in the 13 western states (except California) or in Indiana. If you are attending online, you will get the best education for your money. Stay away from expensive for-profit proprietary schools. They are not well respected and are a very poor value.
  2. My best recommendation would be to contact a number of colleges to find the best fit for you and your needs (tuition, schedule, career opportunities, etc.). Too often people enroll in the first school they find rather than taking the time to find the best school for them. Taking that time now could save you a lot of time, money and frustration if you choose the wrong school. This site has some good info on regionally accredited online degrees and some colleges that offer them to help expand your search: http://www.ecollegefinder.org I think you can enter your info on there for any colleges you are interested in and they will send you more info for free. Good Luck!
  3. Before starting to search the one which meets your financial requirements, confirm the accreditation of the college/university. If your online college has Brick and Mortar campus, then it would be great. Also I suggest you to prefer regionally accredited colleges over nationally accredited colleges.
