What are the top 10 best dps classes in WoW if all similar geared?

Are retribution paladins OP in PvE and the best melee dps class? Do Dks beat them? Give me your opinions and maybe a top 10 list Easy 10 points!

3. I've played a rogue, and while I was playing I seen that I out dpsed like everyone. My gear wasn't all that great either, but i would say from experience that a mutilation rogue would have to probably have the best dps, but i could be wrong.
4. No, retribution paladins are not currently the highest melee dps class, and neither are DK's. The numbers from ICC indicate that assassination rogues are the best dps class overall. Most other dps classes are very close to each other in damage, except that you get less damage with frost mages, BM hunters, subtlety rogues, and arms warriors. That doesn't mean individuals won't beat the statistics. I know a hunter who does more dps than the average assassination rogue. But all things being equal, my opinion is that currently top dps in the endgame is an assassination rogue, and that your choice doesn't much matter otherwise except for avoiding frost mages and BM hunters and subtlety rogues and arms warriors.
