I would like to place a business listing in the yellow pages for my small business....BUT?

I would like to place a business listing in the yellow pages for my small business, but does anyone use it anymore or does anyone have an idea of the response rates etc, I should expect. Do I choose print, online or both? Any advice would help.

1. Yellow pages are a waste of money. Most people use search engines to find businesses.
2. Actually you should put at least a business listing in the yellow pages. People use so many means to find what they are looking for. There is so much out there now, sometimes its hard to choose what you should do as far as advertising goes. Some people, like myself ( I am 22) still use the yellow pages, because I get tired of trying to find a local business that I need to do my plumbing and I have to filter through articles on search engines just to find a business. The yellow pages are much easier for me. And trust me, just to have a listing in the yellow pages is not that expensive.
