What do I need to download to make Byki work?

Yesterday I bought the deluxe version for Farsi and installed it online. I then opened the program and did a few of the lists. Now none of the lists that came with it show up. I tried to import them back and it says "Side 2 not supported" under status for all of them! What do I need to do to make this work? Is it something to do with the font? Why did it work yesterday and not today? I am confused.
