Daily accomplishment list?
So I'm trying to find some daily goals to do. Some are harder then the others but that's the challenge. I'm trying to break some bad habits and I'm trying to have fun(?) while I do it. Here is what I got so far. will not snooze will brush my teeth 3x a day will have breakfast will run x miles will not pop mu knuckles Eat at least one piece of fruit a day. Spend five minutes stretching. Trying to build my list to 20-25ish. Any ideas?

- yoga 30 minutes a day Namaste yoga @ dirct TV 7 30 am central or 11 30 central or 9/ 9 30 central pay it forward- do something someone cannot do for themselves and do it to 3 people...without getting anything back except tell them to pay it forward to 3 other people( movie Pay It Forward, Kevin Spacey, Helen Hunt) Srart planting one herb or food working up to sutainable garden( as much as you can, land permitting, plant it pots, or rooftops if in city- use community gardens...try basil , radishes, potatoes in a new clean trash can if you don thave the land, these are all easy to grow, strawberries are easy to grow, and split so you can have alot in a couple seasons from just one plant.. start with just rosemary in a pot by your kitchen sink, then move up to other herbs.. learn how to cook with these things cokbooks, Cooking shows, online, share these things with some friendship, help build community by inviting people over, or taking these herbs, foods you cook to people or people over to you have wine and chocolate and bread and cheese/herb& oil dips from your herbs learn tantric sex and surprise and enthrall you and your partner library books, online, whole food & health food store should have info on this check out a new type of music every week trance belly dance india classical opera jazz blues etc learn a new language eat the food from that country I want to hear all the stories from all the new things you are going to adventure through!!! happy life to you!!
