How can I stop getting emails from freecycle.gov in my eamil box?

I signed up for our local freecycle.gov and now they are mailing their daily lists to me on my yahoo mail. I want to stop the madness but don't know how to do it. I have looked for a unsubscribe place but could find nothing. Please help . I know I can spam them, but each day I get hundreds of them and it is irritating to set there and spam that many emails daily. I just want this problem dissolved.

1. send to spam and it will go to bulk
2. Try checking the box next to the email and marking it as Spam so it will go directly into your Bulk messages.
3. freecycle are usually yahoo groups, check here go here to do it http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups

I think its actually freecycle.org rather than freecycle.gov UNSUBSCRIBING FROM THE FREECYCLE LIST: To unsubscribe, send an email to the unsubscribe address noted at the bottom of each e-mail from your local group. It'll look something like this blahblahblah-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com (this of course is not an actual unsubscribe address).
5. Solution 1) create a rule in your email program that auto deletes/rejects anything from that particular email address Solution 2) get a new email address
6. you can put thrir address on your block list.
7. at the end the message of freecycle it suppose to say to unscribe the website at the bottom of the email. u click on that then thats it
