All the sudden I'm not being able to send email to my distribution list.?

It was working fine and then all the sudden, when I sent one, it came back saying: 'Missing or malformed recipient' I did absolutely NOTHING different to the list, and it was working fine one day but the next, it wasn't. Please help me ASAP as I use this list daily to send e-mails. THANK YOU!

1. Take the & Ambersand out and use And in place of it. Jack and Jill Not Jack & Jill.
