Is paranorma activity(Movie) the best horror movie among the top 10 list.?

If 10 films are chosen as top horror films can Paranormal activity be included in that, DO yo think it scares when you see the movie at night with speakers on high.

1. It wouldnt be in my top 10, its was dull and boring for me. Nothing scary about it.
2. I really don't see how that movie would be in any top 10. It wasn't scary at all.

No Its Not The Best Horror Movie Not By Far I Get Scared A Lot And It Didn't Scare Me One Bit Sure It Has Some Scary Moments But After The Movie Ends Nothing The Concept Of The Movie Was Interesting But Most Of It Was Just So Boring The Fourth Kind Is The Movie One That Scared Me The Most So I Would Say The Fourth Kind Is Number 1 And Parinormal Activity Is 8 1 Being Best And 10 Being Worst
4. I will be perfectly honest with you - Paranormal Activity is NOT scary at all! I rented the movie and watched it at night - I started the film at 1:00 am...and I found myself laughing non-stop throughout the movie (no joke), even at the parts that were meant to be scary. It is hard to be scared at a movie in which there is obviously a ghost/demon in the house, but one of the residents has a non-chalant attitude about it and instead wants to p.i.s.s. off the demon even more! Also, whenever something spooky does happen, the white guy's only response is to scream "F*uck!" really loud, which is hilarious. For me, the funniest part was when the girl was pulled out of bed and dragged down the hall. I literally could not stop laughing, and I had to watch that scene over again. Paranormal Activity must be a freakin' trip to watch if you are drunk or high.
5. I wouldn't even include it in the top 100! It didn't scare me at all. I much more like movies like Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Halloween. Ghosts just aren't as scary as someone running after you with an axe or a chainsaw.
