Someone is using my photos on myspace but arent using my real name. Can they get into serious trouble?

Hi, I was generally browsing through myspace and came accross another myspace account using MY photo. There is only 4 of my photos on there but i cant view them as its on private. This person isnt using my real name nor my location or date of birth. Just my photos. Ive read their 'all about me' and to be fair its sound ok nothing worrying that would degrade me as a person. They have like 8 friends on their list so dont think they are a active user but this is still worrying, as in who knows what they might be saying via PM's to other people oposing to be me. Shall i contact the police regarding this? If so will they get arrested for using afew of my pics? Ive already reported it to myspace but nothing has been done yet! Thanks in advance ok but if i get the police involved will they get tracked down and arrested for it? as she is using my phots

1. Be patient and don't call the police unless this is a serious security issue. MySpace will get back to you along with a few million other people having the same problem.
2. You can report the profile at the bottom of the page in the links. Once you get to the report screen you can report it as a fake (since its not you, but the pictures are yours) then describe whats going on.
3. have a lot of your friends add her, i don't remember how many, but once you do then have them block her, cause after so many block the girl then it gets deleted..
