first time skates buyer?

Hi, i am looking to buy some rollerblades. I have never skated before so I am not sure if i want to buy the most expensive one. Is it a good idea to buy used from crag list? I wear a size 6 shoe so should i buy size 6 skates or bigger? what kind of stores carry skates ... i have no idea? if you have any tips plz let me knw. THANKS =)

1. i wouldnt buy them used there could be bearing problems wheel problems etc. if i were u id buy them new
