My friends lists do not appear when I try to customize privacy settings in Facebook.?

I created a close friends list so I can allow only that list to certain parts of my Facebook information. My friends lists do not appear when I try to customize my privacy settings. I go to customize, specific people, and try to type the name of my friends list, but it does not appear. It only allows me to put individual friends one at a time. Any suggestions on why it is not appearing and how to fix it?

1. Through Privacy settings, you would have hidden them. Try to restore it.
