What are the positions in an air soft team?

I am starting an air soft team with 3 of my buddies and to be completely honest i usually play three v three games were every one has an AEG on full auto kinda doing ass the please so i need ti know the positions for an air soft team and if you could put it in list form that would help example bellow Sniper-stays back and kills from a distance ect. ect. i dont know but help is greatlly appreciated.

1. Sniper- stays back and kills from a distance Support man- provides cover fire for others to move up Attackers- the ones who move up and get kills at close range Flankers- ones who get behind enemy defense while the attackers occupy them from the front Hope this helped :)
