Can anyone help me remember this English Band?

They had a hit song in the late 90s or early 2000's. I know its an English band, they song rather punkish, and the video has a member of the band dressed up as a girl in some parts. The video shows mostly the lead singer and the band playing, as well as random bar scenes. I think the name of the band starts with a C, but not sure. They kinda remind me of Smash Mouth, except more punk. I think the lead singer has blonde hair in the video. its like a fast song...with like punk style yelling in it.

2. the only english band i listen to is bloc party, they are Alternative / Indie / Rock.... and their lead singer is black haha... they might not be the band you're looking for but if you havnt heard them before you should give them a listen
