Do any US colleges accept programing languages to fulfill a required language goal?

a lot of US schools require all students to meet a list of goals in order to be able to graduate, no matter what their major. these goals usually include requirements like a math class, a science class, an art class, a history class, and a foreign language class. Are there any schools out there that allow knowledge of a programming language to replace a foreign language? any links to schools would be helpful. It does not matter where the school is. I'm just doing some research.
