How do I get 100% in Red Dead Redemption?

Does someone have I list of everything I need to do to finish it, I already finished campaign and did a few Stranger missions(including Remember My Family)

1. Join the rockstar social club. They have a checklist. I used it to get 100%. There is so much crap you have to do (hunting, picking flowers, sleeping at every location), it's way too much to list here.
2. A lot of spare time.
3. I'm guessing your talking about the trophy. Platinum specifically. To get a platinum trophy you need to get all other trophies. However if you want to finish the game 100% then maybe there are some extra side missions to do or something.
4. check ign.com it says how to do it. i watched the video and u have to do alot of stuff
