Help I Dont Know What To Do!?

Okay well I Really don't know what to do in this situation anymore, see last January to be exact we became friends with one of our neighbors father, ( we mostly know our neighborhood and the people around us) so one of my dads neighbors sons introduced them so yeah blah blah.. Months later my dad starts hearing things about him but they ignore. The guy however would always hang out with my dad and we'd always have bbq's and stuff here at my house. Until there was a big argument about this time last summer when they just stopped talking because my dad had somehow heard things about this guy and my mom. So the end right there. Big argument story's over right!? WRONG it turned out that the stories that my dad had heard we're sort of true because my dad had checked her phone bill and it has the guy's number on the list and it said that they had talked for an hour or more a day behind my dad's back. Well months later things between my mom and dad went down the drain but my grandma, and me are the only ones who know that she has been talking to this guy and she even has two phones one which she hides from my dad and uses to talk to the guy now she practically talks to him 24/7 when my dads not here! And i feel really confused because my dad even tells me that he knows that she probably has a phone and confides alot of things about her to me and I have to seem all stupid as if I font know what's going on! Ughh I hadn't really said anything before because she would ALWAYS tell me that they were " just friends" until I recently noticed that now she comes home around 8, acts very nervous and awkward , I know that she sometimes spends the day with the guy and half of the time works, her money isn't enough anymore so she's just saving more, and today I needed my camera so i borrowed from her purse for a bit (however I remembered that last time she wouldn't let me look through all of it) so this time as I looked through it I found a picture of her kissing the guy... Man I really don't know what to do In this situation! Help!

2. I think what you need to do is confront your mom and tell her how you feel about the situation and let her know that your dad does suspect the truth and that she should just come clean. Very difficult situation but she has put you into the situation more than anyone and you need to tell her how you feel and what it is doing to you.
3. this has nothing to do with you stay out bec you love both and they love you just as before it will work out or end in a split accept it and love them

If you and you said Grandma knows about it Then I would have your Grandmother say something As your Dad should know But you need to all sit down and discuss it As something isnt right MOM sounds like she is very unhappy So maybe by Grandma sitting down with MOM and DAD that would help to get it out in the open Your Dad shouldnt put the pressure on you YOU are only a child....Take care and Good Luck
5. It is really too bad that you know all this. You need to know that none of this is your fault in any way. You don't really have all the details so who knows what is going on between your parents. This is an awful thing to bear - I'm glad you have grandma to talk to, she probably doesn't want to interfere either. I would be open with your dad about how uncomfortable you are when he makes comments like that to you - if he wants to know something, ask Mom.
