Do you think this is a bad idea?

This Monday I start college classes, however I am wait listed for all of my classes so I am not officially enrolled in them. I'm waiting for someone to drop the class so I can get in. I'm thinking I should just show up to class on Monday anyways even though I'm on the wait list, do you think that's a bad idea? Will I be asked to leave?

2. Check your college's website for an add/drop form. Most schools offer this and it allows you to try to persuade your professor to let you into the class by showing up to the class and having him/her sign it. It's a long shot but you do have to go to the class.
3. It will certainly show your interest and commitment not to mention keep you caught up on the curriculum if you do show up. People are allowed to sit in on classes and in many cases, if you tell the professor what you're doing, they're happy to have you. Good luck!
