When should I start writing my fall and winter book lists?

During fall and winter its usually cold and stormy. And I love to read. Plus next summer I am going to be apart of the adult summer reading program again. And I can add any books I have read over fall and winter, and spring to add to my summer reading log.

1. why have a list? I never do, I generally just go to the library/bookstore and browse, I have found many of my favorite books that way!
