where Can I find the book lists?

hi. i'd like to attend an undergraduate course in international studies at virginia tech or brown university. but i can find the exams that i'll do in my freshman year and so i can't find the books list? Could u help me? and what's a major and minor ?

1. A major is simply an area of study where you've taken many, many hours (courses) vs. a minor where you don't take quite as many hours in that subject area. You'll probably not find a book list until you A) register or B) meet with the teacher, as at college level teacher has far more control.
