Hello, I am 19 and will soon be entering a community college for a 1 year certificate. However, before I start I really want to make sure I am going down the right career path for me, since I still have time to change it without being penalized. I didn't really have any help when I picked my career path, and based it on a few things: * an incomplete list of possible paths. The college has a catalog with different career paths, but at the time these were gone so my career manager gave me a sheet of paper that had much less information on it then the catalog. * I wanted a career path that would make money. I thought that business would be good for this, and I picked Business Tech because I have a decent amount of knowledge in tech and thought that I would be able to do at least ok in it. However, when I went to a STAR seminar one of the teachers suggested Business and Marketing as a possibility too. so basically I just had a few questions: 1. Is one considered the better than the other? Like lets say you feel you can do evenly in both, does one usually have better career options, like higher paying jobs or easier to find jobs? 2. What are some examples of Business Tech or Business and Marketing jobs? 3. Is Business Tech considered more difficult than Business and Marketing or vice versa? 4. Any other useful information about the differences between the two subjects any answers to any of these questions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
