Videos loading slow on my computer?

Ok so my computer has always ran fast and loading videos on youtube, veoh, dailymotion, and anime sites was easy and fast. My computer would load any video player at top speed. But in the past few weeks it's been loading the videos slow and it stops every 15 seconds to start buffering so I can watch another 15 secs of video. It's gotten to the point where I have to sit for 10 mins and wait for a 4 min youtube video to load. And full episodes of TV shows take 30 mins to load 20 min of show. I have ran Disc cleanup along with my defragmenter. I have also ran my Kaspersky full scan and quick scan along with Unhackme and Eusing to clean my registry and for extra virus watch. None of this seems to do anything. I have also been having my pictures load with small sections at a time so it takes 20 seconds to see a picture in some cases. I'm tired of this slow video loading since I always watch video this makes it hard. Any ideas how to get the videos loading fast again?
