I get tabs with this detail when I go into Yahoo mail. What are the consequences of saying yes or no? Does the other person get notification either way? There are some that I want to quietly decline.

1. The consequences of accepting is that you Will be Added to the person's contact list. If you Decline, you are Not added to their list and they merely Notified you have declined their request. Best of luck to You.
