Need help organizing novel?

I've been casually writing a book for a little while now, but its starting to get a little disorganized. I know the plot I'm doing, but haven't been able to lay it all out together. Does anyone have a template to help organize the plot, setting, themes, etc of a novel to help while writing? Also, does anyone have template/detailed list of questions for a character bio? Thanks!

1. For a detailed template, you might want to pick up the book, "The Marshall Plan for Novel Writing" by Evan Marshall. It doesn't spend a lot of time on theme, but it's GREAT for organizing the plot and establishing character bios. As the title implies, it lays out a plan for organizing the whole novel from start to finish too. It sounds like you have a great start already, so maybe this would help you tie it all together in a final form. I used this book as a guideline for writing my first novel, and I found it really helpful. Regardless of what you decide, best of luck to you, and happy writing!
