Has anyone seen the Peanut Butter Solution as a child?

I read an article listing the the top movies that scared the crap outa you as a child and it topped the list. Is this true did anyone as a child have the crap scared outa them when they were little by seeing this? I was born in the late 80s so I never got to see the film, is there anywhere to watch it online?

1. I don't really remember it, but I know I wasn't scared at all. In fact, my third grade class watched it on Halloween instead of working. I doubt an elementary school would play a movie that scared kids... As for anywhere to watch it online, I'm not sure... but I imagine if you googled "watch peanut butter solution online" or something to that extent, somethings bound to come up...
