Anybody know of a site to buy cigarettes online?

I have a friend who smokes and he can't afford the store prices. I remember when my Mom used to order her cigs online at a much better cost, even taking into consideration the shipping. The site Mom used is no longer in business and I've done some searches and the sites seem not legit in one way or another. The top Google search result - I started clicking on cigarette brands and every single one was 'sold out'. And another one was done in hardly intelligible English. I would rather he quit smoking altogether but he's an adult and if he insists on doing this to himself it would be better to burn up less of him money. Are there any good online cig places out there? Thx everybody.. Appreciate the answers guys, but the sites you mentioned, & cigoutlet.net, are the ones I tried that I was saying seem shady. One site - all the brands I clicked on - 'sold out'. The other one was very bad, broken English and not very professional. I'm starting to think they must've changed the laws about selling tobacco online in the US (?)

1. Google it but be careful, regulations abroad are not the same were you live and foreign cigarettes can be far more dangerous. I just wanted to warn you of that more than answering your question.
