Could someone give me an ordered list of things that cause pain?

Now before you jump to conclusions, I'm not a masochist or sadist or anything like that. This is for a story. I need a list of AT LEAST 100 things in order of the amount of pain caused. Start at a needle prick (Level 1) and you can go to the highest level of pain you can think of. The last time I asked this every answer was reported. Please have appropriate answers that won't be reported.
