What equipment would I need to make this happen?

This is the most badass exit from a prom ever, and I want to do this for my prom this year- What do I need to Free Rappel from the rafters? I have places to practice, but I just need a list of supplies. And what do you think they would do to us if they caught us? Thanks!

1. you will get in trouble for either inciting panic or attempted suicide. my friends who go bridge jumping since there aren't many cliffs around us (into water of course) get in trouble for attempted suicide a lot. its obvious you won't but you probably don't want to do this. it doesn't seem like a good idea and based on your picture I see you most likely want to join the air force. this will definitely jeopardize your chances of getting in and if you get attempted suicide, true or not, you will never get into any branch of the military due to having a charge dealing with mental instability
2. Unless you have someone to walk you through the process of rappelling, don't do it. Basically you need a good rope, a good Carabiner, and gloves. And some nerve. You will need someone show you how to tie a Swiss saddle or you will also need a harness.
