Is it wrong to go to prom with ex just as friends?

okay so my girlfriend well now ex who broke up with me like 3 weeks ago is on my list to goin to prom coming up but just as friends probally i would do something sweet but do you think this is wrong okay im not trying to get back together with her i just want to go as friends is this wrong? okay so im actually trying to become freinds with my ex but it hasnt worked at all rlly its just kind of wierd seeing her now

2. No it's not wrong. My sister did that and had a great time at prom. If you two are friends then it's no problem.

4. No it isn't wrong, as long as she is okay with this idea too. There is no reason you can't go and have a good time together even if you aren't dating anymore. Have fun!

6. got stuck doing this too.. in highschool, love is strong and comes and fades quickly. if you think you want to get back together with her, by all means.. do it. don't friendzone yourself.. if you were friends before, maybe you can be friends again. if not, move on. if i could do it again, i would have worked up the courage to ask someone i really wanted to go with to prom and would have done my best to enjoy the night. as it were, we just got drunk and fought and danced with other people.
7. no its not wrong. just make sure she knows your not trying to get back with her but you are just being polite and would still like to be her friend (if you are still planing to be her friend) if you don't want to be her friend then don't bother. it will make things worse.
