I'm hosting a baby shower, what do I need to add to my list?

Invitations, Table cloths, plates, forks, food, cake, balloons I guess those are the essentials.. but what else.. what am I forgetting?

1. Games and gifts for the winners/mother if you plan on having games.
2. drinks, photos, games and gifts/prizes, gift table/money well.
3. Games, entertainment, something to do
4. Its also nice to have someone who will keep track of who brought what for the expectant mother who sends out thank you cards.
