My wife started a internet store on yahoo.How can I get it to the top of the list in search engines?

My wife's new business http://kerryscandlecreations.com is new . Is there a way for me to get the search results from search engines to put the site on the first page? So far I've added key words and I'm trying to link with other sites like gift.com. Anhy help would be great TY.

2. As far as I know it depends on the number of hits she gets. The more hits for faster up the food chain she rises. I could be wrong though.
3. The best way is for you to conduct a massive article marketing campaign starting with Ezine Articles. I know of a free system where you can get backlinks from WordPress blogs if you submit content, but I cannot mention it here. Anyway, then and now, it's still article marketing that most webmasters rely on.
