- He/she shows up early every day, doesn't call in sick, doesn't receive personal calls at work, gets along with everyone there (as best as one can), and does their job to your expectations or better. The ones that seek out the advice of the "veteran workers" are always your best bet - they will gather the knowledge and wisdom the veterans have accumulated over the years and carry it on after the veterans have left.
- Pretty much, if they aren't holding a beer (or their wiener) when they apply, I'd say they'll do just fine! I guess if they wear a REALLY low cut shirt to work - that couldn't hurt either..........
