Y_answers_people, Why are the top ten answerers lists all so wrong?

In many categories, the list was updated every day, as claimed in Y!A descriptions. Now, the top ten answerer lists have reverted back to a previous status, from many months ago. For example, in Politics, "Brian" became the top answerer over three weeks ago, passing "BeachBum" and moving ahead by over a hundred answers. This past week, the listing has reverted back to BeachBum at the top, and Brian appears nowhere on the list. Why have the top 10 answerer lists reverted back to a data listing from over a month ago? Why are they no longer being updated? Are top 10 answerer lists updated at all anymore? Why are the top ten answerers lists all so wrong?

1. You're absolutely right. The Top 10 list for Mental Health answerers has been inaccurate for at least a few weeks. Very occasionally, it will display the accurate results, but it doesn't last for more than a few minutes. I strongly suspect the Top 10 list in the Psychology section is months old, as well. I cannot speak to the other categories, but it would appear that this is a system-wide error. It's quite bizarre, really. It seems to randomly revert back to stats that are MONTHS old. Has nothing to with cache or problems on the user's end. It's some random Y!A foul up. I wish they'd fix it.
2. It's a worldwide glitch! I'm the top scorer in the Yahoo products category in Germany, but instead of the more than 3000 BA's that I have in that category, only 724 BA's get displayed...
